Laura Belbin aka @kneedeepinlife has one mission in life – to make people laugh. Following a bout of poor mental health, Laura has used humour to help navigate depression and spread a wider conversation surrounding positive body image. In this episode, Clemmie talks to Laura about her Instagram account that went viral – Knee Deep In Life, where Laura posts contrasting images of her attempting to recreate the posed and staged images that are commonplace on Instagram. Laura talks about her mental health journey, and how transformative being honest with yourself has been, and her journey with becoming more comfortable in your body.
